Active and passive sensors, actuators and positioning elements are used in electrical-mechanical or electrical-hydraulic steering systems. These highly complex parts are tested, programmed and calibrated on test stands by iTronic.
Of course, we also control real-time data communication of various automotive bus systems in combination with high-resolution position recording for linearity and hysteresis tests or precise calibration of the sensors.
