Fixture

In the field of fixtures, there is a wide variety of customer requirements. In one case it is required to integrate the testing technology directly into an assembly fixture, other customers require a separate testing station. A completely automated and self-sufficient test line is particularly suitable for volume models due to extremely short cycle times. The range of variants we offer has already proven itself over many years in a wide variety of production lines.

Variant 1: Simple test device

A holder with two pillars is sufficient for simple electronic testing or manual visual inspection. Optionally, it can be expanded with a continuous tabletop or, as shown in the picture, designed as a passable end-of-line solution.

Option 1: Electronic height adjustment

The ergonomics of the workplace play a decisive role when handling the DUT. We recommend an electronic height adjustment to meet health and safety requirements.

Option 2: Mains supply

Often, all workplaces and test systems need to be secured separately. For this reason, a separate fuse box including a ground fault circuit interrupter is installed.

Option 3: Socket strip for further earthed sockets

To supply other electrical consumers via a 5-fold safety socket strip.

Option 4: Pneumatics connection + optional economy air gun

Often economy air guns are used to integrate a maintenance unit as a pneumatic interface for fast surface cleaning. The mechanics are expanded by a maintenance unit and an economy air gun with this module. At the same time, the test scope can be expanded to the headlight cleaning system, cleaning nozzles etc. via the maintenance unit.

Option 5: Screen holder

Serves direct installation of an external screen at the workplace.

Option 6: Control box holder

Serves direct installation of a control box at the workplace.

Option 7: Barcode scanner holder

Serves direct installation of a barcode scanner at the workplace.

Option 8: Printer holder

Serves direct installation of a printer at the workplace.

Option 9: RFID holder

Serves direct installation of a RFID aerial at the workplace.

Option 10: Tabletop

An ESD-compatible tabletop is mounted onto the two column holders. This means that the DUT can be tested in its installation position.

Option 11: Simple holder (cylinder) (only in conjunction with Option 10)

DUT are often complex and inherently unstable structures. With simple means the DUT can be held in position without damage.

Option 12: Contoured holder (only in conjunction with Option 10)

DUT are often complex and inherently unstable structures. To this end, we use contoured DUT holders that guarantee damage-free handling and precise positioning thanks to a special coating.

Option 13: Information board, bottle & cloth holder

To inform the operator and store operator utensils.

Option 14: Signal lights

Signal lights are often used for direct status reporting, so that the current status of the test device can be detected over longer distances.

Variant 2: Modular testing table

If the test exceeds a pure electronic test and a separate end-of-line table is required, the modular testing table is a good basis for an extensive test. Due to the well thought-out design, the test table can be easily moved over rollers or by forklift truck. It can be extended and adapted to your wishes through a variety of options. A real all-rounder.

Option 9: RFID holder

Serves direct installation of a RFID aerial at the workplace.

Option 10: Tabletop design

The surface of the tabletop can be designed to meet your wishes.

Option 11: Simple holder (cylinder)

These are often DUT around complex and intrinsically unstable constructions. This means that the DUT can be kept in position easily without the threat of damage.

Option 12: Contoured holder

DUT are often complex and inherently unstable structures. To this end, we use contoured DUT holders that guarantee damage-free handling and precise positioning thanks to a special coating.

Option 13: Vertical door panel holder

Holder for hooking in a door panel, which ensures simple and fast contacting for electrical testing. Operation of the various switches and buttons for function control is also ensured.

Option 14: Information board, bottle & cloth holder

To inform the operator and store operator utensils.

Option 15: Signal lights

Signal lights are often used for direct status reporting, so that the current status of the test device can be detected over longer distances.

Option 16: Superstructure & lighting

To illuminate the workplace and provide tools or contacting adapters via balancers.

Variant 3: Modular rotary table

Possibility to assemble and test door panels. The rotation fixture ensures a fast rotation of the door panel and guarantees an inspection and can be optionally extended with photo documentation and image processing.

Option 9: RFID holder

Serves direct installation of a RFID aerial at the workplace.

Option 10: Swivel table design including contour-milled holder

Precisely positioned holder for damage-free clamping of door panels. This allows a simple and fast 180° rotation for ergonomic mounting and/or switch operation, inspection by means of image processing and final photo documentation.

Option 11: Information board, bottle & cloth holder

To inform the operator and store operator utensils.

Option 12: Signal lights

Signal lights are often used for direct status reporting, so that the current status of the test device can be detected over longer distances.

Option 13: Superstructure & lighting

To illuminate the workplace and provide tools or contacting adapters via balancers.

Option 14: Housing

The unit can be placed in a housing to create conditions for picture documentation or image processing that are as uniform as possible wherever the location.

Option 15: Camera profile rails - photo documentation

The verification and documentation duties are often met by photographs of DUT. The image documentation can be integrated subsequently via the mounted camera profile rails.
