How the System Works

1. Guidance
- The inspection/assembly point is projected, and the work and inspection criteria are displayed (red = NOK)

2. Display
- The system determines the actual result and visualizes the status immediately (green = OK)

3. Confirm
- The system verifies the overall result of the sequence (OK/NOK)
→ and releases the next process step
What Is Verified
Secondary lock engagement check:
- Inspection criterion: correct locking position
- Reliably detectable via OK/NOK decision
(e.g. 2 mm positional deviation)
Clip and position check:
- Inspection criterion: cable correctly clipped and
fully seated in the guide - Component is stopped in case of NOK and only
released after correction
Clip locking check:
- Fit verified: clip fully engaged
(gap size/engagement depth within tolerance) - Reliably detectable within the process
→ Immediate rework instead of error propagation
Variant check (sensor, DMC):
- Data Matrix code scan for clear variant identification
- Transfer/release only if assembly is correct
