"Top 100" - Mentor Ranga Yogeshwar presented Ingmar and Xenia Troniarsky on 06/26/2015 at the SME Summit in Essen with the Award for the most innovative companies in Germany.

In the innovation competition "Top 100" ITronic GmbH convinced with special innovation: 70 percent of the profit is being achieved with market innovations and innovative improvements. Round 15 percent of sales are invested back again in research and development (the average of all SMEs in Germany is at around 1.5 percent).

Other positively valued aspects are the successful use of synergies. ITronic GmbH relies on new collaborations, constantly detects new business and is very active in the exchange with Universities. Specific collaborations with providers of key technologies are sought after and by that a know-how ahead of the competition is achieved.

Basis of the award is a two-step analysis process. In this stage of the competition 302 of a total of 4,000 participating companies were compared in the categories Innovation success, innovation climate, innovative processes and Organization, innovation marketing and external orientation.
