Mounting options

A type of installation that is tailored to the conditions in its environment is just as much a decisive property of a product as its performance. With three different installation options, the RoboInspector will be as suitable as possible integrated into your process landscape. Whether as a mobile unit, permanently installed or on the ceiling to save space: A tailor-made solution for your production and test environment is guaranteed.

Variant 1: Mobile

With our mobile variant, flexibility is the top priority: Compact and portable with little effort, the RoboInspector can carry out part inspection and handling where it is needed. Stable and precisely tailored to the robot, castors ensure the necessary mobility, fixed feet ensure optimal support. The integrated storage options for the control technology and control panel mean that the solution is as space-saving as possible. Regardless of whether it is a variant with a work table or the stand-alone version: The mobile work platform can be flexibly integrated into the production line and, if necessary, also allows re-teaching in different operating environments. Thanks to the built-in profiles, the work table can also be equipped with holders, shelves or other accessories as desired.

Variant 2: Robot Cell

The scalable concept of the robot cell enables the integration of a wide variety of assembly, testing and production processes. A single station makes it possible to program and implement all quality checks. With the help of the testing technology used and the additional optional scopes, there are almost unlimited possibilities: from electrical testing and photo documentation to optical evaluation and robot-supported variant control, both in 2D and 3D. Due to the equally compact and stable structure, the cell can be transported, for example, using forklift foot tubes without disassembly, which means that it can be relocated without any problems and it can be put back into operation at any time without assembly work.

Variant 3: Head

Another option to not only install the robot efficiently, but also to save as much space as possible is our "Head" variant, or "overhead installation". As the name suggests, the robot is held by a support arm positioned above the production line, further ensuring flexibility as well as compact installation.
